# Rising Starz

> I created Rising Starz to give young artists a welcoming place to grow, perform, and discover their confidence. Through live showcases and community opportunities, I help singers, musicians, and emerging performers ages 6–18 develop their talents while learning the value of dedication, teamwork, and service. My goal is to create meaningful stage experiences where every child feels supported, celebrated, and encouraged to share their God-given gifts.

- **What is a youth talent program?** A youth talent program gives children and teens a supportive setting to explore performance, music, and creative expression. It can help participants develop their abilities while building confidence, discipline, and a sense of community.
- **Who can benefit from a program like this?** Youth programs can support beginners as well as young people who already enjoy singing, playing instruments, or performing. The most important qualities are curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and participate.
- **How can performing help a young person grow?** Performing can encourage communication, focus, teamwork, and self-confidence. With guidance and positive encouragement, young people can become more comfortable sharing their talents and expressing themselves in front of others.
- **What should families look for in a youth performance program?** Families should look for an environment that treats young performers with patience, respect, and encouragement. Clear guidance, age-appropriate support, and a strong focus on personal growth can help children feel safe while they develop.
- **Does a child need previous performance experience?** Previous experience is not always necessary, since many young performers begin by simply exploring an interest. A welcoming professional program can help each participant build skills gradually and find greater confidence through practice and participation.
